Water based Zinc Stearate


By the request of the environmental protection industry and the demand of the market, our company developed the water base wood coating polishing agent, the property of high fineness, easy to disperse in coating, easy to burnish, quick drying, good defoaming, thermal denaturation can be widely used in water base wood coatings, sand paper and thermal paper coating, and other fields.

?     Fineness:     ≤40um

?     Stability:   6 month stability good still

Physical and chemical properties:

This product is milky dispersion, easy to disperse in water with Satiny feeling. Not soluble in ethanol, ethyl ether;When mix with strong acid will decomposed into stearic acid and metal salt.

Notice:Fineness test by the determination of laser or scraper fineness instrument.

Method of Use:

Add 2-4% in the water base wood coating directly without dilution.

Packing & Storage:

Plastic drum packing with 50L,200L,1000L.

? Keep the warehouse temperature from 4℃-40℃ and avoid freeze and long time under the blazing sun.

? When not use, the lid to keep seal well in order to prevent the moisture evaporation loss.
